

In June 2023, after nearly six months of research and preparation, Chef and Founder Vincent Cao Minh Page and his team officially opened Maison 1929 at No. 2 Cửa Đông, Hoàn Kiếm, Hanoi.
The restaurant immediately captivates guests with its elegant and cozy charm, housed in a beautifully preserved French colonial building located at the five-way intersection of Cửa Đông – Hàng Gà – Hàng Phèn – Hàng Điếu – Nhà Hỏa. Inside, the two-story space is thoughtfully designed with warm wooden accents, silk, brick, and ceramic details, along with artistic paintings that celebrate Vietnamese culture — creating a welcoming and intimate ambiance for every visitor.
At Maison 1929, diners can embrace the vibrant rhythm of Hanoi’s Old Quarter while indulging in distinctive dishes from the North, Central, and South of Vietnam, along with Chef Vincent’s own signature creations.

At Maison 1929, diners can delight in a diverse range of authentic dishes from all three regions of Vietnam.
From the North, signature favorites include Nem Hanoi Style Spring Rolls; Hai Phong Nem Crab Fried Spring Rolls; Green Papaya Salad, Banana Flower Salad, Chicken and Vietnamese Mint “Ram”; Crispy Roasted Pork Belly; Caramelized Fish in Clay Pot; Rice Field Crab and Green Spinach. From the Central region, guests can savor sauteed egg noodles with seafood or Caramelized Fish in Clay Pot. From the South, highlights include Pork in Caramel Sauce, Purple Yam Soup with Shrimp, and Bun Bo Nam Bo (Southern-style beef noodle soup).
